Brandenburg Chamber of Notaries
The Brandenburg Chamber of Notaries is a corporation in Brandenburg in which the notaries are organized and / or which represent their interests; a professional chamber. The Brandenburg Chamber of Notaries was founded in September 1990. There are currently 81 notaries and 1 notary administrator in the state of Brandenburg.
The notaries in the chamber area are compulsory members of the Leipzig State Notary Fund, which is responsible for the notaries of the new federal states. The state notary fund secures retirement pensions from the notaries' fees , is responsible for the training of the trainees employed by the notaries , it secures the property damage liability insurance of the notaries and notary assessors and provides the budget for the chambers mentioned. In cooperation with the notaries' chambers of Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania , Saxony-Anhalt , Thuringia and Saxony, the state notarial bank publishes the journal for notarial advice and certification practice (NotBZ).
The supervisory authority is the Brandenburg Ministry of Justice .
