The Noxapaga River is an approximately 100 km long right tributary of the Kuzitrin River on the Seward Peninsula in western Alaska .
The headwaters of the Noxapaga River are located 10 km west of Imuruk Lake on the northwest flank of the 345 m high Andromeda Cone . The Noxapaga River initially flows 6 km to the northwest. It then flows 35 km west before turning south for its last 60 km. The Imuruk Lake volcanic field extends south of the upper reaches of the Noxapaga River . On the left side the outflow of the Lava Lake flows into the Noxapaga River. To the south of this, a lava flow from the volcanic field extends to the Noxapaga River. The upper and middle reaches of the Noxapaga River lie within the Bering Land Bridge National Preserve . In the 40 km long lower reaches the river shows a strongly meandering behavior with numerous river bends and oxbow lakes . It eventually flows into the Kuzitrin River.
The Eskimo name for the river was first documented in 1900.
