Nuraly Mustafauly Säduaqassow ( Kazakh Нұралы Мұстафаұлы Сәдуақасов , Russian Нуралы Мустафинович Садуакасов / Nuraly Mustafinowitsch Saduakassow * 24. November 1964 in Scholakterek, Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh politician .

Life

Nuraly Säduaqasow was born in 1964 in the village of Scholakterek in today's Äulieköl district in the Qostanai region. In 1986 he obtained a university degree from the Timirjasew Agricultural Academy in Moscow .

From August 1986 to December 1988 worked for a state farm in the Äulieköl district. Then he began to be politically active by becoming secretary of the district committee of the Young Communist League of Kazakhstan. From January 1991 to February 1992 he was the second secretary of the Regional Committee of the Young Communist League of Kazakhstan in Qostanai . After Kazakhstan's independence, he worked in the administration of the Qostanai region from February 1992. From February 1997 to September 1998 he held the position of deputy Äkim (governor) of the Qostanai region before he was responsible for the administration of Äulieköl County between September 1998 and March 2000 as Äkim. In March 2000, he became Akim of Qostanai County. From April 2004 Säduaqassow was Äkim (mayor) of the city of Qostanai. After almost two years at the head of the city, he was replaced in this position by Shengis Nurghaliyev in June 2006 and instead became Deputy Äkim of the Qostanai region. On January 20, 2012, he was appointed Äkim. On September 11, 2015, he resigned as Äkim as a result of a major corruption scandal in the city administration of Qostanai around the then mayor, Akhmedbek Akhmachanov . He then withdrew from politics and worked on his wife's poultry farm.
