EurothermenResorts Oberösterreich is the umbrella brand under which OÖ Thermenholding GmbH operates three thermal baths in Upper Austria : Bad Hall , Bad Ischl and Bad Schallerbach . In addition to the thermal baths, the company also operates associated hotels and health centers at all three locations.

history

Bad Schallerbach, Bad Hall and Bad Ischl have been united under the umbrella brand EurothermenResorts since 2008. Since then, the former state spa facilities have become modern health and wellness facilities. All three locations offer a complete range of hotels, thermal baths, therapies and seminars.

In the period from 2008 to 2012, the Eurothermen recorded a total of 6.2 million thermal baths, 1.22 million overnight stays and a total turnover of 230 million euros.

In 2012, EurothermenResorts Oberösterreich recorded 1.49 million spa admissions, and OÖ Thermenholding is Upper Austria's largest tourism company with a total turnover of 56.6 million euros and more than 800 employees (2012).

It is 100% owned by the Upper Austrian state holding and thus by the state of Upper Austria.

Markus Achleitner was General Director , and Thomas Prenneis succeeded him in this role on December 1, 2018. Achleitner was honored with its own milestone on the newly established thermal bath promenade in summer 2018 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Bad Schallerbach thermal spring.
