Upper Gate (Abenberg)
The Obere Tor is a gate tower built around 1300 in Abenberg , a town in the Middle Franconian district of Roth ( Bavaria ).

The protected monument (file no. D-5-76-111-89) is the western city gate of the former city fortifications of Abenberg , which was built under Bishop Konrad II. (1297-1305). The high three-storey sandstone block building has a pointed arched passage and is crowned by a pointed helmet.
