Oberhartheim is a district of the Upper Bavarian city of Vohburg an der Donau . It lies north of the Danube .
history
In 1818 the Bavarian community edict of Oberhartheim (with Pleiling and Unterhartheim) became an independent community. It belonged to the district of Ingolstadt . On July 1, 1972, it lost its independence and was incorporated into the city of Vohburg an der Donau.

Today's Catholic branch and pilgrimage church of Our Lady already existed in late Romanesque times. Some parts of this building are still used in the new Gothic church. In the 17th century it was converted to baroque style.
