Ofçar ( Albanian also Ofçari, more rarely Ovçar / Ovçari or Ovqar or Ovqari, Serbian Овчаре Ovčare ) is a village in northern Kosovo and belongs to the municipality of Mitrovica e Jugut .
geography
Ofçar is located 22 kilometers north of Mitrovica and can be reached via the R-129 . The river Bistrica , which is derived from the Ibar , runs along the village .
