The Ohlthaver & List Group of Companies ( O&L or Ohlthaver & List for short ) is the largest private Namibian group of companies. It is based in Windhoek - Central in the former "Carl List House", today's "Alexander Forbes House".

The company was founded in 1919 by Carl List and Hermann Ohlthaver . In 2014, O&L achieved sales of N $ 4.93 billion and a profit of N $ 527 million with more than 5000 employees . It is the country's largest private employer. Up until 2013, O&L won the award for “Most Popular Employer in Southern Africa” for several years in a row.

The company is run in the third generation by Sven Thieme .
