Okurō Oikawa (及 川奥 郎, * 1896 ; † 1970 ) was a Japanese astronomer .

Oikawa worked at the Tokyo Astronomical Observatory , where - in the late 1920s - he discovered eight asteroids , among other things . He was the first Japanese to discover an asteroid. The asteroid (2667) Oikawa is dedicated to him.
