Olívio da Rosa , called Ivo (born October 2, 1986 in Palmitinho , Rio Grande do Sul , Brazil ) is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Ivo took his first football steps at Juventus de Teotônia, a smaller club from Caxias do Sul . He made his first appearances in the top national leagues for EC Juventude . After three years, he moved to Palmeiras São Paulo in 2010 . In the summer break of 2010 he was awarded to the Série B to AA Ponte Preta , where he played 25 league games.

After returning to Palmeiras, he was sold to Portuguesa for the new season . He stayed with Portuguesa for a year and made 26 league games in Série B and 15 games in the São Paulo state championship . In 2012 the first move overseas to the South Korean first division club Incheon United followed . The following year he returned to Criciúma EC's home country . After a season he moved back to South Korea.

For the 2015 season, the Chinese first division club Henan Construction transferred 300,000 euros for the services of the midfielder. He completed 58 of the possible 60 league games in two seasons, scoring eleven goals and providing 17 assists. After the 2016 season, the Brazilian did not renew his contract and moved to China League One for Beijing Renhe .
