The Beijing Renhe Football Club , generally known in the German-speaking area as Beijing Renhe , more rarely Peking Renhe , is a football club from the Beijing district of Fengtai in China . The club plays in the China League One , the second highest division in the country. The club plays its home games at Fengtai Stadium .

Club history

The association was founded in 1995 as Shanghai Pudong . Under this name, the promotion from the third to the second Chinese division was achieved in 1995. The promotion to the first division, then still the Jia A League, succeeded in 2001 under the then name Shanghai Zhongyuan Huili . During the 2003 season, the club name was changed again. As Shanghai International the runner-up could be won. A year later they came in third. To date, these have been the highest league placements in the club's history. In 2006 the club moved from Shanghai to Xi'an , which resulted in another name change to Xi'an Chanba . The word Chanba in the club name is made up of the two local rivers Chan and Ba.

The 2009 season ended Shaanxi on a thirteenth place in the table, tied with three other clubs. In 2010 the team improved slightly and reached 10th place. In 2012, another move was made to Guiyang and the club was renamed Guizhou Renhe FC . The 2015 season ended the club in 15th place and was relegated to the Chinese Second League as a result .
