The Hebei China Fortune Football Club ( Chinese  河北 华夏 幸福 足球 俱乐部 , Pinyin Héběi Huáxià Xìngfú Zúqiú Jùlèbù ), commonly known in German-speaking countries as Hebei China Fortune , is a football club from Qinhuangdao in China . The club plays in the Chinese Super League , the top division in the country. The club plays its home games at the Qinhuangdao Olympic Sports Center Stadium.

history

The club was founded in 2010 by the Hebei Football Association and the Hebei Zhongji Group . The owners promised to put 3 million yuan a year into the club. In January 2015, the name was changed to Hebei China Fortune after the company China Fortune Land Development acquired the club. In the 2015 winter transfer phase, the club signed players who had proven themselves in Europe, such as Gervinho , Stéphane Mbia , Ersan Gülüm , Gaël Kakuta and Ezequiel Lavezzi . Javier Mascherano moved to the club in January 2018 .
