Olaf Mihelson (born August 2, 1968 in Tallinn ) is a former Estonian biathlete .

Olaf Mihelson was active for Dünamo Tallinn , was trained by Tõnu Pääsukese and started playing in 1980. During the separation of Estonia from the Soviet Union, he was promoted to the newly emerging national biathlon team. His first major international event was the 1993 World Championships in Borovets , where Mihelson was 93rd of the individual and on the side of Urmas Kaldvee , Kalju Ojaste and Hillar Zahkna as the starting runner was seventh in the relay race. In Kontiolahti he reached the 25th of a sprint in 1993 for the only time the points in the World Cup. The Olympic Winter Games in Lillehammer became a career highlight . In the sprint he reached rank 58, with Aivo Udras , Urmas Kaldvee and Kalju Ojaste he was 13th in the relay race. After the season he ended his career.
