Olaf Radke

Olaf Radke (born December 22, 1922 in Stuttgart ; † July 27, 1972 ) was a Hessian politician ( SPD ) and a member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

Olaf Radke attended business school and worked as a technical draftsman. In 1941 he did the Abitur, but was drafted into military service in the same year. After the war he studied German and law in Jena . From 1948 he worked as a lawyer for IG Metall , where he was promoted to the federal executive board.

politics

Olaf Radke was a member of the SPD. From December 1, 1950 to November 30, 1954 and again from October 9, 1956 to his death on July 27, 1972, he was a member of the Hessian state parliament. He was a member of the Federal Assembly in 1954, 1959 and 1964 .
