Ole Petersen (born April 27, 1961 in Frankfurt am Main ) is the author of several non-fiction books , sports and health advisor and endurance athlete . He became known to a wide audience through the book Marathon - the 4-hour program .

Life

Ole Petersen studied business administration in Düsseldorf and began working in the field of workplace health promotion in 1994 , including with the Swiss company fit im job AG in Winterthur. For this he was awarded the Swiss Innovation Prize in 2004. He was a member of the board of the Swiss Association for Workplace Health Promotion SVBGF . He is himself an active endurance athlete and finisher of several Ironman and Ultratriathlons .
