Oleg Ivanovich Milowanow ( Russian Олег Иванович Милованов ; born October 23, 1982 ) is a former Russian biathlete .

Oleg Milovanov began in 2003 in the juniors with international competitions. At the Junior World Championships 2003 in Kościelisko , he won the relay with Nikolai Koslow , Sergei Sadownikow and Maxim Tschudow . In the individual he was fifth and the pursuer he finished fourth after starting the sprint as 28th. In the same year he was at the Junior European Championship in Forni Avoltri twice third (pursuit, relay) and fifth in the sprint. He made his debut in the European Cup on January 10, 2004 in Brusson with 23rd place in the sprint and 19th place the day after in the pursuit race. A week later at the relay in Méribel he reached second place behind the German relay together with Sergei Bashkirow , Juri Batmanow and Evgeni Trebuschenko , this was his only podium in the European Cup. Although he finished in the top ten in two other sprints, his last international race was in Ridnaun in January 2005 .

He was Russian champion in the 2005 mass start, and third in the relay that same year. He also won a bronze medal in the patrol run. In 2005 he was awarded the title "International Master of Sports". At the national championships in 2008 he was third in the mass start and surprisingly beat Dmitri Yaroshenko in the final sprint for silver in the relay. Milowanow comes from Krasnoyarsk and works as a specialist advisor for a sports equipment supplier in the cross-country ski sector .
