Oliver Zeisberger

Oliver Zeisberger (born December 4, 1965 in Graz ) is an Austrian presenter at ORF .

biography

Zeisberger was born in Graz in 1965 and graduated from the Oeversee Gymnasium in 1984 . Until 1990 he studied mathematics and physics in teaching . From 1990 to 1995 Oliver Zeisberger was employed by Radio Maribor International .

Work at ORF

Zeisberger has been working at the ORF regional studio in Styria since 1995 as an editor and presenter on radio and TV . He moderates the most popular early morning program in the state “Guten Morgen Steiermark” and designs articles and features for ORF television. With the program “Treffpunkt Steiermark”, the Styrian presented a daily afternoon TV show. The broadcasts “A Festival for Arnold Schwarzenegger”, “Band for Styria” and “Highlights of the Graz Carnival Parade” have made Zeisberger known throughout Austria. In 2012, Zeisberger played a major role as editor on the series “Auf geht ́s! Mach something für Dich! ”, A series of short programs for radio and TV as part of the“ Bewegungsland Steiermark ”program.

Zeisberger has also been the presenter of the Austrian breakfast television program Guten Morgen Österreich since March 2016 and presents the programs from Styria. In December 2016 he was also the Styrian presenter of the ORF donation gala Licht ins Dunkel .

Act as a crisis communicator

In 2015, Zeisberger completed his media studies at the Karl Franzens University in Graz . The title of the master's thesis was "Crisis communication in companies considering Web 2.0 ". Zeisberger is also active as a crisis communicator and teaches the “ Media Studies” master’s course at the University of Graz.

Others

Zeisberger supports the “Technical Experts” campaign, an initiative by 35 companies to present the attractiveness of technical professions after school. On November 14, 2015 Zeisberger moderated the "2nd Styrian Diabetes Day" at the Medical Faculty of the Old University of Graz.

Zeisberger is married and has three children.
