The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA for short; German: Olympic Council of Asia) is a sports association in Asia with currently 45 National Olympic Committees as members. Ahmad Fahd al-Ahmad as-Sabah is currently President. The oldest members are from Japan and the Philippines, who were accepted by the IOC in 1911 . East Timor, on the other hand, is the youngest member to join in 2003. The association's headquarters are in Kuwait City in Kuwait .

1 The NOC of Macau is a member of the OCA, but has not yet been recognized by the IOC and is therefore not eligible to participate in the Olympic Games
