The Association of the National Olympic Committees of Africa ( French Association des Comités Nationaux Olympiques d'Afrique or English Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa ; ACNOA / ANOCA) has been an international organization since 1981 , which unites all National Olympic Committees of recognized countries in Africa .
The headquarters are in Abuja , the capital of Nigeria .
