Women's singles in luge at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games .

A total of four runs took place in the women's single-seaters in luge. The races were held on February 12 and 13, 2018. The venue was the Olympic Sliding Center .

With Natalie Geisenberger as Olympic champion and Dajana Eitberger as silver medalist, two German athletes took the first two places. Bronze went to Alex Gough from Canada. The third German starter Tatjana Hüfner , who was still in second place after the third run, was only fourth due to a driving error. The American Summer Britcher was able to set a new course record in her second run with 46.132 seconds.

An accident of her countrywoman Emily Sweeney resulted in a long break in the race. Since she got into a tilted position with her sled in her third run and could no longer compensate for it, she crashed into the gang with both legs first. Sweeney had to go to the hospital with minor injuries.
