Omer Beaugendre (born September 9, 1883 in Salbris ; † April 20, 1954 there ) was a French cyclist.

In 1900 launched Omer Beaugendre at the Olympic Games in Paris in the sprint on the track , but was eliminated in the first round. His professional career ran from 1906 to 1921, his most successful period was from 1908 to 1912. In 1908, he won the Paris – Tours and Paris – Lille races . In the Lombardy Tour the following year, he had to be content with second place behind Giovanni Cuniolo . In 1910 he won the Nice – Genoa race . He competed in the Tour de France twice - in 1908 and 1910 : in 1908 he finished 13th in the overall standings, and in 1910 he gave up after the fifth stage. In 1911 he took part in the Giro d'Italia , but did not finish this race either.

Beaugendre was one of six brothers. His older brothers Joseph and François were also racing cyclists. In his hometown of Salbris there is a cycle track that bears his name.
