Organizational means

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Under organization means are drain and organizational structure both work equipment and formal design elements to understand.

General

Organizational resources support the organization in companies or public administration ( authorities ). The organization is supported by the people acting in it, but the means of organization are also of considerable and constantly growing importance. For Erich Kosiol in 1955, the tools for the efficient work flow were of great importance. What he meant, however, were means of organization. Organizational means should enable or promote the orderly workflow.

species

Organizational resources include material resources and design resources, i.e. real technical and not real technical. On the one hand, these are material such as office machines , office supplies , machines , technical systems or tools . On the other hand, include formal design elements such as work instructions , form - and form beings , chart of accounts , chart of accounts , organizational chart , job description , establishment plan or agenda for negotiations to do so. A checklist or, for example, a table created in Excel with the key points for the course of a meeting can be an organizational tool. The computer developed into the center of the organizational system.

The tax is the public sector's very own means of revenue and as such a means of organizing the economy.

In the broadest sense, the term means of organization is used in an abstract means-goal relationship when it means, for example, that an organizational goal is striven for with an optimal use of the means of organization .
