Ortaklı (kurd. Xirbê Helêla ) is a village in the Mazıdağı district of the Turkish province of Mardin . Ortaklı is located in southeastern Anatolia at 922 m above sea level, about 21 km north of Mazıdağı. The area is hilly, barren and sparsely populated with trees.

The original place name is of Arabic origin and was Hirbahalilan. It is registered in this form at the land registry office. The Kurdish form is Xirbê Helêla.

In 1967 the population was 128 people. In 1985, 153 people lived in Ortaklı. In 2009 the village had 63 inhabitants.
