Oscar Fernando Passet (born October 12, 1965 in Santa Fe ) is a retired Argentine soccer player . The goalkeeper was an Argentine international .

He started his career at Unión de Santa Fe . In 1988 he moved to River Plate , with whom he became Argentine champion in 1990 and took part in the 1991 Copa Libertadores . In 1992 he went to San Lorenzo . With the club he won the Clausura in 1995. At the Copa Libertadores 1996 San Lorenzo reached the quarter-finals, where they were eliminated against Passet's old club and eventual winner River Plate. In November 1996 he tested positive for amphetamines and was banned from 45 games for doping . In 1999 he went back to his old club Unión de Santa Fe and in 2000 to Independiente . In 2002/03 he was with Newell's Old Boys and then retired .

Passet was appointed to the Argentine national team twice in 1995/96.
