Oskar Antonio Federico Augusto Heeren

Oskar Antonio Federico Augusto Heeren (born August 27, 1840 in Hamburg , † 1909 in Lima ) was a Peruvian diplomat .

Life

Oscar Heeren Maza was the son of Maria de los Dolores Ramona Angela Baldomera Massa y Graña (* Málaga ) and Karl August Heeren. He married Carmen Ignacia Barreda y Osma (* 1842, † 1925) their children were Carlos Heeren Barreda and Carmen Heeren Barreda, the mother of Juan Pardo Heeren. On August 21, 1873, on behalf of Aurelio García y García , he testified that Soejima Taneomi had signed a treaty on peace, friendship, trade and shipping in Tokyo .

The contract stipulated, among other things, the exchange of diplomatic missions and Oscar Antonio Heeren Maza received exequatur as consul general in Tokyo . In 1874 he accompanied a group of Japanese ore prospectors to the ore deposits of Cerro de Pasco .

In 1880 he had the Quinta Heeren built, which subsequently served as the offices of the foreign missions of Japan, Belgium, Germany, France and the United States of America.
