Oskar Fritsch

Oskar Fritsch (born June 11, 1883 in Nuremberg , † August 9, 1972 in Eichstätt ) was a German lawyer and writer .

Life

Born the son of a district court director, Fritsch studied law in Erlangen and Würzburg after attending grammar school in Schweinfurt . During his studies he became a member of the Bubenreuther fraternity in the winter semester of 1901/02 . From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War as a soldier , most recently as a captain . He later became Obersturmführer of the SA . In 1928 he was appointed district judge in Traunstein and in 1932 senior public prosecutor in Bayreuth . In 1937 he joined the NSDAP (membership number: 3.613.510). In 1937 he became regional court director at the regional court in Regensburg , and in 1939 he became the regional court president at the Eichstätt regional court. He was active as a writer.
