Otluyazı (formerly Hulik ) is a village in the district of Ahlat the Turkish province of Bitlis . Otluyazı is located about 82 km northeast of the provincial capital Bitlis and 25 km north of Ahlat. According to the last census, Otluyazı had 950 inhabitants (as of December 2010). The population consists mainly of Kurds and Ossetians .
