Otters International JSW ISC 2016

The Otters International JSW ISC 2016 took place from September 29th to October 2nd, 2016 in Mumbai , India . The women's squash tournament was part of the women's PSA World Tour 2016/17 and belonged to the PSA 35 category .

In the final, Annie Au beat Joshana Chinappa 11: 9, 13:11 and 11: 7. This was Aus first title of the season and at the same time the twelfth title win of her career.

The field of participants in the women's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. Per Wildcard received Akanksha Salunkhe a spot in the main draw.

A PSA World Tour 2016/17 men's tournament in the PSA 5 category took place at the same time . The winner was the top seeded Iker Pajares .

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize pool was $ 35,000.
