Otto Dänecke

Otto Dänecke (born July 7, 1892 in Groß Santersleben ; † July 4, 1953 ) was a German master craftsman and politician ( CDU ). From 1950 to 1953 he was a member of the People's Chamber of the GDR .

Life

After attending elementary school, Dänecke began his apprenticeship with a carpenter and carpenter . He became a master carpenter with his own business in Groß Santersleben. After the end of the Second World War he joined the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU). Danecke was later the local chairman of the National Front in Groß Santersleben.

From October 1950 until his death in July 1953 he was a member of the People's Chamber of the GDR with the CDU mandate. In August 1950, Dänecke was confirmed as a candidate by the CDU Political Committee. He replaced the withdrawn candidate Julius Wilhelm Richter .

Dänecke was married and had two daughters. He died three days before his 61st birthday.
