Otto Ehlers (politician)

Otto Ehlers (born February 4, 1855 in Lemwerder , † June 27, 1917 in Berlin ) was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives from 1910 to 1917.

Ehlers studied economics and law from 1879 to 1889 and then worked as the economic syndic of the Chamber of Commerce in Poznan . In 1911 he moved to the same position in Berlin.

Ehlers was elected to the Prussian House of Representatives in a by-election on December 5, 1910 as a member of the FVP for the constituency of Breslau 4 (city district of Breslau). On April 5, 1911, he lost his mandate due to a declaration of invalidity, but was re-elected on November 20 of the same year.
