Otto Held

Otto Held (born July 17, 1818 in Ankershagen , † April 2, 1897 at Gut Pitzerwitz, District Soldin ) was a German manor owner and member of parliament.

Life

Otto Held was the son of the landowner Ludwig Bogislav Held in Pieverstorf . After attending grammar school in Strelitz , he studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin . In 1840 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . In 1847 he bought the Pitzerwitz manor in the Soldin district, where he lived until his death. Held was head of office, church patron and member of the district council of the Soldin district. He was a member of the Provincial Parliament and the Provincial Synod of the Province of Brandenburg .
