Otto Jastrow
Otto Jastrow (born February 19, 1942 in Saarlouis ) is a German Arabist .
Life
After receiving his doctorate in Saarbrücken in 1967 and his habilitation in 1974 in Erlangen , he taught as a professor in Heidelberg (1990–1996), at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (1996–2007) and since 2007 in Tallinn .
