Otto Lerchenmüller

Otto Lerchenmüller (born May 26, 1943 in Biberach an der Riss ; † August 11, 2011 in Gelsenkirchen ) was a German politician ( CSU ).

Life

Lerchenmüller, born in 1943, graduated from high school in Biberach and studied history and political science at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , where he took the exam in 1972. He was the owner of a PR and advertising agency and a publishing house. In 1987 he founded the "Öko-Müll-Aktion Haidhausen eV", an alternative waste disposal.

In 1972 Lerchenmüller joined the CSU, where he became local chairman in Haidhausen in 1976 . From 1978 to 1990 he was a city councilor in Munich , his main focus of city hall work was environmental, cultural and urban development policy, especially renovation issues and housing construction. In 1990 he was tenant spokesman for the CSU Munich. From 1990 to 1994 he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament , directly elected in the Munich-Schwabing district .
