Otto Volker
Otto Volker (born October 25, 1872 in Vienna ; † September 18, 1938 there ) was an Austrian politician of the Christian Social Party (CSP).
education and profession
After attending elementary school , he went to a grammar school and later to a teacher training college . He became a teacher and later a school director.
