The Ourbise is a river in France that runs in the Lot-et-Garonne department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises near the town of Saint Julien , in the municipality of Fargues-sur-Ourbise , generally drains towards the northeast and after 24 kilometers flows into the Garonne as a left tributary at the municipal boundary of Tonneins and Lagruère . In her opening section it passes under the A62 motorway and the ship channel Canal latéral à la Garonne (German: Canal de Garonne ).
