List of passports in New Zealand
New Zealand is the only country in the Australia and Oceania region that has a large number of passports , because neither in Australia nor on one of the many islands in the South Pacific are there such great differences in altitude to overcome.
The majority of New Zealand's passes are located on the South Island , which is dominated by the New Zealand Alps , as it is even more mountainous than the North Island .
