Pınarkaya (formerly Sihlar ) is a village in the district Sarıkaya the Turkish province of Yozgat . Pınarkaya is located about 113 km east of the provincial capital Yozgat and 76 km northeast of Sarıkaya. According to the last census, Pınarkaya had 100 inhabitants (as of December 2010). The population consists mainly of Ossetians and Circassians .
