LEDA / PGC 1622 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sd in the constellation Andromeda in the northern sky . It is an estimated 256 million light years from the Milky Way . Together with NGC 109 , it forms the isolated pair of galaxies KPG 8 .
