LEDA / PGC 26004 is a lenticular galaxy with an active galactic nucleus from Hubble type SBdm in the constellation Cancer on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 326 million light years from the Milky Way . In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 2783 , NGC 2789 , IC 2444 , IC 2449 .
The Type Ia supernova SN 2013P was observed here.
