LEDA / PGC 43323 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Centaurus in the southern sky , the 147 million light-years from an estimated Milky Way is removed. Together with NGC 4696 , it forms an optical (?) Pair of galaxies and is considered a member of the ESO 323-027 group ( LGG 308 ), which counts ten galaxies .
