Pa Ousman Sonko (born December 26, 1984 ) is a Gambian football player on the position of defender . Until the end of 2011 he played for SV Austria Salzburg in the Austrian Regionalliga West . He currently plays at SV Seekirchen in the Regionalliga West.

Sonko came to Austria as a refugee and began his career in the youth of the ASK Horitschon in Burgenland . In 2002 he moved to PSV-SW Salzburg , which was the first club to bring Sonko into the first team. After only one year at the police sports club, he went to Union Mondsee, from where he made the jump to SV Austria Salzburg . Sonko joined the Austria Salzburg Amateurs in 2004 and then rose from the Regionalliga West to the First League with the Amateurs of the Red Bull Juniors in 2007 . This year the Gambier made his debut in the top Austrian league when he played for Ibrahim Sekagya in the reigning champions Red Bull Salzburg on December 7, 2007, the 22nd matchday of the 2007/08 season, in the game between Salzburg and SV Ried the 64th minute came on when the score was 1-0 for Salzburg. The game ended 2-0.
In January 2009 he moved to SCR Altach in the Bundesliga . After only seven games and the club's relegation to the first division , he left the Altacher in the direction of Styria and moved to Kapfenberger SV . In January 2010 he left the Kapfenberg again.
Since January 21, 2011 he has been playing for Austria Salzburg in the Regionalliga West. In January 2012 he moved to SV Seekirchen in the Regionalliga West.
