The Paalnibba is a 2,711 m high mountain in the Heimefrontfjella the East Antarctic Queen Maud Lands . It is the highest point of Sivorgfjella and rises south of Jahntinden in Skjønsbergskarvet .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1967. It is named after the Norwegian lawyer and politician Paal Olav Berg (1873–1968), Chief Justice at the Supreme Court of Norway from 1929 to 1940 and resistance fighter against German occupation of Norway in World War II .
