Pablo Sánchez López (born February 9, 1990 in Mexico City ) is a Mexican racing driver .

Sánchez López began his motorsport career in karting in 1999 , which he practiced until 2004. In 2005 he made his first experience in formula racing in the Argentine Formula Renault and the US Formula Dodge . In 2006 the Mexican moved to Europe and competed in the Italian Formula Renault and the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup . In 2007, Sánchez López drove in parallel in the international Formula Master and in the Italian Formula 3 championship and finished third overall in both championships. In 2008, the young racing driver's main focus was on the World Series by Renault, in which he finished 17th overall. He also took part in some races of the international Formula Masters. In 2009 the now 19-year-old racing driver returned to the Italian Formula 3 championship and at the end of the season again finished third in the overall classification. In addition, with four victories, he had won as many races as the master Daniel Zampieri .

As a reward for his achievements in Formula 3, Sánchez López took part in Formula 1 test drives for Ferrari on December 3, 2009 . In 2010 he started for the Addax team in the newly founded GP3 series . At the end of the season he finished 30th overall.
