Pablo Virgilio Siongco David (born March 2, 1959 in Guagua , Pampanga , Philippines ) is a Filipino clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Kalookan .

Life

Pablo Virgilio Siongco David received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of San Fernando on March 12, 1983 through Archbishop Oscar V. Cruz .

On May 27, 2006, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . the titular bishop of Guardialfiera and auxiliary bishop in San Fernando. The Archbishop of Manila , Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales , donated him episcopal ordination on July 10th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Jaro , Angel Lagdameo , and the Archbishop of San Fernando, Paciano Basilio Aniceto .

On October 14, 2015, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Kalookan . The inauguration took place on January 2 of the following year.

In 2018, allegations from President Rodrigo Duterte of using drugs hit the headlines.
