Pacific Nations Cup 2016
The Pacific Nations Cup 2016 is the eleventh edition of the rugby union tournament Pacific Nations Cup . The national teams of Fiji , Samoa and Tonga are involved . There were three games between June 11th and 25th, 2016, with each team playing once against the other two. Since this and next year's editions of the competition also serve as qualification for the Rugby Union World Cup 2019 , the teams from Japan , Canada and the USA will not participate.

The distribution of points was as follows:
- 4 points if you win
- 2 points if there is a tie
- 0 points in the event of a loss (before possible bonus points)
- 1 bonus point for four attempts in a game
- 1 bonus point if you lose less than seven points
