Pacific Nations Cup 2013
The 2013 Pacific Nations Cup was the eighth edition of the Pacific Nations Cup rugby union tournament . The national teams of Fiji , Japan , Canada , Tonga and the USA were involved . Ten games took place between May 25 and June 23, 2013, with each team playing once against the other four. Five of the ten games were played in Japan, three in Canada and one each in Fiji and the USA. Defending champion Samoa decided not to participate and instead took part in a tournament in South Africa. Fiji won the title for the first time.

The distribution of points was as follows:
- 4 points if you win
- 2 points if there is a tie
- 0 points in the event of a loss (before possible bonus points)
- 1 bonus point for four attempts in a game
- 1 bonus point if you lose less than seven points
