The Panzer Brigade 103 was an armored combat unit of the Wehrmacht during the Second World War .

The Panzer Brigade 103 was set up from July 26, 1944. The background to the formation was an order from the OKH on July 18, 1944 to reorganize 10 tank brigades. The installation and training took place at the Arys military training area in East Prussia . Before completion of the formation and training, the unit was relocated to the Tukkums area in Latvia in mid-August 1944 and used in the fight against Soviet units. In September and October 1944, the brigade was used in the defensive battle for East Prussia. After that, the brigade had to give some parts to other units and was relocated to the west. In January 1945 the unit was relocated to Lower Silesia and at the end of February 1945 involved in heavy fighting against the Red Army in the Lauban area . On March 6, 1945, the severely decimated brigade was disbanded and the remainder used to set up the Müncheberg Panzer Division .
