Paolo Castiglioni

Paolo Castiglioni (born April 18, 1874 in Ossona , † March 19, 1943 ) was an Italian clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Milan .

Life

Paolo Castiglioni received on 18 December 1897, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On January 12, 1937, Pope Pius XI appointed him . as titular bishop of Famagusta and auxiliary bishop in Milan. The Archbishop of Milan, Alfredo Ildefonso Cardinal Schuster OSB , donated him episcopal ordination on February 7th of the same year ; Co-consecrators were the Superior General of the Pontifical Institute for Foreign Missions , Bishop Lorenzo Maria Balconi PIME, and the Bishop of Brescia , Giacinto Tredici O.SS.CA
