Parul Chaudhary gained her first international experience at the 2017 Asian Championships in Bhubaneswar , where she finished fourth in the 3000 meter obstacle course in 10: 22.99 minutes. Two years later she won the bronze medal in the 5000 meter run at the Asian Championships in Doha in 15: 36.03 min behind the two Bahraini women Winfred Mutile Yavi and Bontu Rebitu and was fifth in the obstacle course in 10: 03.43 min. At the beginning of December she won the silver medal over 5000 meters behind UK Nilani Rathnayaka from Sri Lanka at the South Asian Games in Kathmandu in 16: 57.49 minutes .
In 2019 Chaudhary became Indian champion in the 5000 meter run.
