Patrick Camus

Patrick Camus (born July 16, 1956 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye ) is a former French racing driver .

Racing career

Patrick Camus began his career in French Porsche Cup series. Between 1991 and 1993 he was active in the Porsche Carrera Cup France for three years . The best placement in the overall ranking was 15th in 1993 (overall winner was Dominique Dupuy ahead of Alain Ferté and Fabien Giroix ). At the end of the 1990s, he moved to the French GT championship.

Camus competed twice in the Le Mans 24-hour race . In 1993 he was 29th in the overall standings, in 1996 he retired after a clutch damage on the Callaway Corvette.
